For 2009, the prestigious publication has once again named the partners of Weisberg and Kainen, Dennis Kainen and Alan Weisberg, as Florida Super Lawyers. In addition to its two partners, the Miami based law firm had also announced that its fellow associate, Brielle L. Mark, was also dubbed as a Florida Rising Star for this year’s Super Lawyers publication.

Lawyers or attorneys listed in the Super Lawyers publication are nominated by their fellow associates. On the other hand, their professional achievements are evaluated and studied by the Super Lawyer publication’s research department. The publication goes through a multiphase process in order to determine which lawyers are eligible for its annual list. Its process of selection is recognized by the courts and bar associations all over the country. The Florida Super Lawyers include only the state of Florida’s top five percent attorneys.
