Founded by Lee Paul, Robert Hastings, and Leonard Janofsky in Los Angeles in 1951, Paul, Hastings, Janofsky, and Walker LLP is recognized as one of the two law firms that sprouted after the second World War and then made it into the United States’ Top 25. Paul Hastings’ chairman is Seth M. Zachary, an expert on Tax Law. He is also the firm’s co-managing partner together with Gregory M. Nitzkowski, whose expertise is in Real Estate. Zachary, a George Washington University Law School graduate, is also chairman of the Lawyers Alliance for New York and is an active member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Nitzkowski, on the other hand, finished his law studies at the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA). He is a member of the California State Bars.
